Pyramid Scheme

Here's a site that's all about the "new" food pyramid. You enter your age, gender and level of physical activity, and it tells you how much food from each "stripe" of the pyramid you should eat every day.

Apparently, I'm supposed to limit my "solid fat and sugar" intake to 130 calories, which amounts to a bite of somebody else's danish.
